At Schutt, we stand behind the quality of our protective gear and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
